Schindler’s Factory Museum
@emilysguidetokrakow One of the most popular museums in Krakow is Schindler’s Factory. While many assume it focuses on Oskar himself, or the movie, it actually focuses on Krakow as a whole, under occupation- which in my opinion makes it much better. Housed in Schindler’s actual former factory, you can easily spend an entire day here- watching pieces of a documentary highlighting holocaust survivors and Schindler facotry workers, as well as viewing very interesting articles from the times of occupation. Pro-tip: download the Polish language on Google translate and use the camera function to translate many of the original documents adorning the walls that are not translated like the rest of the items.
