The Polish Countryside

Note: We do not live here anymore, nor do Airbnb.

Our home is located in Zielonki, a suburb of Krakow.  Our house physicaly lies in Krakow, but the mailing address is in Zielonki, so we have the best of both worlds.  We can be in the Old Town by car in 12 minutes, but get to enjoy the peace and quiet of living in a residential neighborhood with a large yard, beautiful sunsets, parks, and bike trails all around.

If you are visiting Krakow, I suggest a bike ride out of town to see the countryside of Poland, filled with farms growing anything from rhubarb to radishes, and even a bike route to the Ojcow National Park, about an hour ride from our home.  Stop at the local farmers market, Plac Imbramowski, and take some fresh produce to have a picnic!

Are you able to drive there, or do you bicycle mostly?

I mostly use the bus. I can’t drive here at all. My international license expired.
