Full disclosure, I haven’t actually taken one of these tours yet, but I plan to for research purposes. However, a lot of our Airbnb guests have taken these tours, and for the most part said that they enjoyed it. Why I bring them up is because I find their city map and information they give out to people very fun! The map has a whole section dedicated to Hidden Gems of the city, all of which I have in the guidebook I wrote as well, which to me means they know what they’re talking about from a very local perspective. The map also has popular Polish food, drinks, and souvenirs, plus where you can buy them. The map itself is sponsored by restaurants and pubs, which I don’t necessarily recommend, but the information is on point.
The other cool thing is that in addition to the traditional walking tour of the Old Town, they also offer free tours of the Jewish District, a food tour, and a street art tour, plus paid tours of communist Krakow, John Paul II and more!

I have no affiliations with this company, but I know a lot of people like them, so I thought it was important to share as much information as possible to potential tourists.
