Tram Lines and Stops in Tourist Areas
These are just a few of the trams you might find useful! So do your research and learn what is close to your own accommodations by using the free app Jakdojade.
Tram 3 (From Old Town to Kazimierz (Jewish District) to Krakus Mound)
Dworzec Główny Zachód: Stop in front of Galeria Krakowska (large mall with 3 grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc…)
Poczta Glowna: Stop near the Planty, right outside the Old Town a short walk from the Main Market Square
Miodowa: Stop near the Jewish District, Kazimierz
Plac Bohaterów Getta: Stop in Ghetto Hero’s Square, very close to Schindler’s Factory
Cmentarz Podgorski :Stop located near the Krakus Mound
Tram 18 (Old Town and Wawel Castle)
Stary Kleparz: This stop is near one of the oldest markets in Europe! Stop by if you want to see local produce- as well as, some nice little stalls that have now been turned into restaurants/bars/coffee shops! We love to get coffee from here- look for the garden right near the entrance.
Teatr Bagatela: Stop just outside the Main Market Square, if you’re entering/exiting through Szewska Street– this is a great spot to visit C.K. Browar! Krakow’s oldest brewery!
Plac Wszystkich Swietych: This stop is literally in front of St. Francis Basilica; and is close to the Main Square, as well as the castle, almost in between the two.
Wawel: Stop just outside the Wawel Castle Grounds
Stradom: Get off here and head towards Plac Nowy and you’ll be in the heart of Kazimierz! The best place to be.
Tram 50 (Old Town)
Dworzec Główny Tunel: Stop just outside the Old Town, underneath Galeria Krakowska (large mall with 3 grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc…) and attached to the main bus/train station.
Tram 24 (Old Town to Kazimierz to Podgorze and Krakus Mound)
Teatr Bagatela: Stop just outside the Main Market Square, if you’re entering/exiting through Szewska Street– this is a great spot to visit C.K. Browar! Krakow’s oldest brewery!

Teatr Slowackiego: Just past the Galeria Krakowska Mall and Main Station; so close to the planty and entrances to the Old Town/Main Market Square

Stradom: Great spot to get off and head into Kazimierz!
Plac Wolnica: You’ll still be in Kazimierz at this stop- in fact it’s the old market square from when Kazimierz used to be its own city.
Korona: Get off here to see St. Joseph’s church in Podgorze, and then visit the former Jewish Ghetto, including Schindler’s Factory and Pharmacy Under the Eagle museums- a short walk away. (Closer stop is another tram line and getting off at Plac Bohaterów Getta.

Tram 17

Hala Targowa: This is the stop for the famous Sunday morning flea market; as well as, the Blue Van Sausages at night!
Stradom: Great spot to get off and head into Kazimierz!
